The water tank type wire drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment composed of multiple wire drawing heads. By gradually pulling, the pulling head is placed into the water tank, eventually reaching the desired specifications. The process is precisely controlled by the mechanical speed difference between the main shaft and the lower shaft.

Equipped with an advanced traverse unit for neat spooling and a user-friendly control system featuring a bilingual (Chinese/English) touch screen and emergency stop safety features.

Water Collection & Alloy Wheels

Designed with a collection device to keep the workshop clean from soap water splash. The alloy tower wheels support up to 11 drawing dies for precision production.

Package: Main machinery is packed with plastic film and secured with steel wire. Small parts are packed in robust wooden cases.

Shipment: Flexible container booking based on mechanical dimensions, supporting both FCL and LCL arrangements.
